Shirts, hoodies, stickers and mugs are made after you order, which helps avoid waste.
Digital delivery
Your PDF is available on your receipt after payment. Signed-in customers can also find it in their account. Nothing is shipped.
Free shipping
Orders of $100 USD or more after discounts ship free in Canada and the United States.
PHYSICAL MERCHANDISE
Shipping
Printful prints, packs and ships our physical merchandise. Delivery timing and tracking depend on the destination and the shipping option selected at checkout.
You will review the available shipping option and cost before payment. When tracking is available, it appears with your order in your account.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR LOST
Returns and exchanges
Claims for misprinted, damaged or defective items must be submitted within four weeks after the product is received. Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted within four weeks after the estimated delivery date.
If the error is ours or Printful’s, we will review the claim and cover the appropriate replacement or refund. Because merchandise is made to order, refunds and exchanges are available for errors or defects rather than changes of mind or ordering the wrong size.

The digital book is available from your receipt after payment and does not require shipping. Signed-in customers can also find it in their account. If your download is missing or inaccessible, contact us and we will help restore access.
