Welcome To Godless Mom

Godless Mom Is:

1. A place where an atheist mom writes about living in a small, predominantly Christian town in Canada.

2. A place where blasphemous shit will be said.

3. A web site that will contain many taboo words, lots of cussing and no shame.

4. Potentially offensive to those with weak spirits (no holy).

5. A blog that will try to be funny when possible, but will most likely fail miserably so feel free to make fun of it.

6. Written by someone who has a very, very thick skin so if you’re looking to try to get under it, you’ve got some work ahead of you.

7. Written by a mom of two who is also a writer.

Godless Mom is not:

1. Written for the sole purpose to offend, but is likely to offend anyway.

2. An invitation to try and convert me to your religion, but if you feel compelled, good luck.

3. A place for the easily offended so rather than subjecting yourself to something that will upset you, perhaps leaving would be best.

4. A political soapbox.

5. A tool of persuasion.

In short, Godless Mom is a place for me to vent about being an atheist surrounded by Christians. I will comment on my own life and the things that occur in it. I’ll also comment on my own opinions re: stuff I find on the internet. If you don’t like what I have to say, I encourage intelligent debate.

Remember that I am just one person and these are my opinions. They hardly represent a threat to your own lifestyle.
